  • Drafting and advising on non-compete agreements and non- disclosure agreements and vetting of the same.

  • Investigating suspected employee misconduct, including wrongful conduct, domestic enquiry etc. 

  • Providing employee training on various topics, including sexual harassment and discrimination.

  • Drafting of appointment letters, Service Agreement, Bond etc.

  • Represent and contest legal matter before authorities/Courts on behalf of company.
